“A flower doesn’t try to bloom…it blooms”, and nature show’s us how simple it is to Get Rid of Those Limiting Beliefs!

Today my focus is on the seasons and the examples that nature provides.  As winter approaches the leaves of the trees change color, and eventually the tree simply let’s them all go.  It drops its’ leaves and they lay on the ground beneath it as the limbs alone stand ready for winter to approach. Then as spring approaches new life springs forth from the tree and new leaves grow, covering the tree with new life. 
 
Just like the tree I can choose to examine my beliefs and simply drop the ones that no longer serve me. Beliefs are nothing more than thought we’ve kept thinking, over and over, until they became accepted. So as I decide that they were erroneous or limiting, I can simply make a decision to let them go. I may feel “bare” for a while since I was used to the comfort and “perceived protection” that those beliefs provided. But I can simply shift my attention to the beliefs that I now choose to give my attention to. The ones that enrich my life and nourish and strenthen me. 
 
New life will “spring”  forth from the new thoughts I’ve  been thinking. My outer world will reflect the changes I’ve made, and I will feel grateful for the power I hold to change my life.  It’s perfect!

What if you had your own internal GPS that would guide you step-by-step to the life of your dreams?

You are amazing!  If you only knew how special you are, then you would never doubt what you can accomplish.  Your talents and gifts are many, and they call you with a passion that often seems out of reach.  But you aren’t little – and your reach extends as far as your beliefs.  It’s all about letting go of your limitations, and being willing to accept that you are much more than your perceptions.

Abundance is waiting for you and will come easily as you follow that passion and exchange your gifts with the world.  The world needs what you have to offer, and as you begin to work with (and trust) the process, the next steps are revealed.  But you have to be willing to trust enough to take that first step.

Knowing that you create your reality, and having an understanding of the Law of Attraction isn’t enough for most of us. This knowledge opens the door, but it’s from here that the “work” begins..

You are a work in progress, with “Some Assembly Required”. Movies like “The Secret” and words of wisdom from other Mentors can act as an instruction booklet. They come to you in response to your asking. But it’s your job to work to let go of the old beliefs and to be willing to embrace the truth of who you are. It’s a process, and for most of us it’s an unfolding…..

Did someone steal your identity?  I’m not referring to your personal information file that you use to build credit and do business in the world, that is not really your identity.

I’m talking about your REAL identity.  Your Authentic Self, and the truth of who you are and why you are here.


I believe that someone can’t actually steal THAT identity, but you can certainly give it away.   You can sacrifice it for the illusion of acceptance, and exchange it for someone else’s vision of who you should be.


You can also have a case of mistaken identity and think that you are your job, your bank account balance, or your accomplishments.  But if those all disappeared tomorrow, who would you be?

I have often said that “The Life of Your Dreams Is Living Just On The Other Side of Your Thoughts, and You Can Go There Whenever You Are Ready”…..

Sounds wonderful, right?  You Ask- The Universe Answers -and you simply allow the life of your dreams to come pouring in to this reality.   Well, if it truly is that simple, then why aren’t we all living that dream right now??

I believe that it’s because it requires a conscious decision to let go of old thoughts and beliefs,and an on-going, determined effort to begin to choose to look at things differently – at least until we have developed new habits in our reactions and way of thinking.

If you have been studying  the Law of Attraction then you probably know  that it’s your feelings and ultimately your vibration that indicates your alignment with Source.

Once you move yourself into vibrational proximity with what you have asked for, then magic happens.  All of the inspiration and resources that you need begin to appear, and the right action is simply the next logical step.

Some of my coaching clients have said, “Coach Debbie I get this, but what do I do when I feel so surrounded by negativity?”  ”How can I get to that place of allowing when I feel surrounded by people and things that continue to pull me back into that “not so good” feeling place?”

This Abe-Hicks video does a wonderful job of explaining the moment by moment choices that we can make when we “react” and have given our attention to the “perceived” negativity around us.

At first it’s very hard to continue to remind ourselves of the truth of who we are and that Being Happy is a choice. But with practice, meditation or quiet time, and seeking out positive, like minded people, it begins to be our new “Re-Action”.

Our vibration begins to rise, and we begin to see REAL evidence and results showing up in our reality.  We get excited about what we are seeing and experiencing, and we become even more determined to continue our practice.

Are you ready to make a decision to take that journey and make that kind of commitment to your dream?  If so, then let’s do it together!  Get out your GPS and let’s program in the place of your dreams.   Your inner guidance will sound just like that nagging voice of the GPS lady telling you to turn left, turn right, and proceed to the highlighted route until you reach your destination…

When I first started paying attention to what thoughts were “popping into my head”, I was shocked!

I consider myself to be a positive, upbeat person, and yet hundreds (or maybe more like thousands) of negative, worrisome, fearful thoughts were jumping into my head every day.  I felt powerless to stop them and wondered how I could ever control them long enough to focus on What I was wanting….  I started thinking that maybe other people could master the law of attraction and be conscious creators, but it simply wasn’t going to work for me.  That is until I learned that we are all actually programmed for Negativity!

It’s not about whether you have the thoughts or not, we all do!  It’s about understanding why you have them, and the amount of attention and focus you give them.

Did you know that there is actually a part of your brain that is designed to scan your environment and point out everything that could possibly be wrong? It’s called the Amigdala, and it’s job is to alert you to possible danger and keep you safe.

Your Thoughts are Electrical, and Your Emotions Are Magnetic

You magnetize your thoughts by wrapping those electrical thoughts with your charged emotions.

The more that you think and wrap and think some more, the stronger the magnet becomes….

Until it can literally pick up the vibrational match and lift it right into your current reality – regardless of whether you actually wanted it or not!!

It’s time!  I know that you have felt that longing deep within you!  That knowing that there has to be more, and that your life (your current reality) is lacking the passion and purpose that could stir your soul.

So many things that you have wanted to experience, but just as many reasons why you would have to wait.   Limitations that you placed on yourself, believing that happiness, peace and joy were for someone else …..at least for now.

But the time has come.  The world needs the gifts that you, and you alone can bring. Follow your passions and they will guide you to your purpose.  You are an amazing Spiritual being traveling along this “Waking Journey” to the remembering of the truth of who you are.

You can’t serve the world by being small, and pretending that the urging inside of you is just a hope or a dream.  It is your reality, and you have been living the dream.

The journey can be difficult as we toss away those old limitations and begin to reclaim our power as conscious creators.  We will need to be diligent with our thoughts, as we “retrain” our minds to focus only on what we are wanting.

But you don’t have to travel alone.  Take my hand and “Walk With Me” into 2010.  I see the magnificence in you, and I will encourage, motivate and remind you that there is nothing that you can’t Be, Do or Have.
