Everything is Energy! Our eyes, ears, nose, taste buds, and even our skin all functioning as big receptors that interpret vibration. We have been conditioned to believe that it’s these 5 senses that give us the “picture” of our reality, yet we know that there are high frequency sounds that we can’t hear, and ultra violet colors and images that we can’t see.
We also readily accept that there are waves of sound and information that travel through the air and are received by our radios, televisions, cell phones and other electronic devices. Yet many have not fully accepted that our own thoughts are vibration and can also be sent and received. Your thoughts aren’t inside your head trapped in the recesses of your brain, but instead are vibration and do have an affect on the world around you. When you charge them with your emotions, they become powerful.
As we tune in to the quiet space between our thoughts in prayer or meditation, we begin to recognize and feel the vibration. We feel the affect on our bodies, and begin to feel and sense the vibration around us. The more we do it, the better it feels, and we begin to realize that it’s here in this quiet sanctuary that we can shut out the noise of this world and tune in to the inspiration, guidance and love that abounds.
Below I’ve posted the video of the affect of high frequency sound waves on particles of sand. You may have already viewed this video, but it’s my hope that as you view it again, you will recognize the perfection in the process.

You are part of that perfection! You are in the perfect place right now to claim your power as the creator of your life. You can tune into the quiet place between your thoughts and know that everything is perfect, perfect, perfect.
You can focus and visualize on what it is you are wanting to create and KNOW that even though you may not be able to see the “vibration” of your thoughts and feelings, the organizing and unfolding is still happening around you.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson
