You are amazing!  If you only knew how special you are, then you would never doubt what you can accomplish.  Your talents and gifts are many, and they call you with a passion that often seems out of reach.  But you aren’t little – and your reach extends as far as your beliefs.  It’s all about letting go of your limitations, and being willing to accept that you are much more than your perceptions.

Abundance is waiting for you and will come easily as you follow that passion and exchange your gifts with the world.  The world needs what you have to offer, and as you begin to work with (and trust) the process, the next steps are revealed.  But you have to be willing to trust enough to take that first step.

Knowing that you create your reality, and having an understanding of the Law of Attraction isn’t enough for most of us. This knowledge opens the door, but it’s from here that the “work” begins..

You are a work in progress, with “Some Assembly Required”. Movies like “The Secret” and words of wisdom from other Mentors can act as an instruction booklet. They come to you in response to your asking. But it’s your job to work to let go of the old beliefs and to be willing to embrace the truth of who you are. It’s a process, and for most of us it’s an unfolding…..

The movie, The Secret  and  countless other  books and reports are being developed to guide us to the realization that this life is our creation.  If that is true, then there is no one to blame for our lives.  Nothing happened to us, but instead was attracted into our lives through our thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions.  Like it or not, whether you believe in the law of attraction or not, everything in your life is your creation.

For many this was just too much to accept.  “Why in the world would I have created this?, was a question asked by many, and the evidence that this law of attraction stuff certainly couldn’t be real.

But for others it brought a new freedom as the realization that “if I created it, I can change it” began to sink in.  It sounded easy to simply “change your mind, and change your life”.  All you have to do is challenge the beliefs that you have all of your life, and monitor the thousands of thoughts that you have daily.  The New York Times reported that Alex Rodriguez’ “performance coach” is working with Alex to reduce the number of thoughts he has per day. Most people, he says, have 2-3,000 (that works out to about three per minute).  People who are anxious, stressed or worried, have even more!  So it’s no wonder that people are feeling stuck and powerless to make any real change!

So what is the answer?  Does it feel like you know what steps are necessary to create the most amazing life,  yet you just keep “trying” and haven’t been able to do it? Are you frustrated that you just keep repeating those same old patterns and “re-creating” the same old life situations?

I believe that your struggle to monitor thoughts and change beliefs may actually be sabotaging your ability to manifest what you are wanting and create the life of your dreams.  Any struggle actually lowers your vibration and takes you further away from what you are wanting.  It’s time to stop the struggle, and simply relax.  Quit trying to control it, and make it happen.  This is your ego at work, and it is getting noisy as it resists this change. You are trying too hard, and you are missing the joy of the journey.

Switch your attention to your feelings, and let them be your guide.  Your feelings are the indicator of where you are vibrationally.  When you realize that you aren’t feeling great, then you will know that what ever you were just giving your attention to was not in alignment with the truth of who you are.  It is a mismatch and causing you discomfort.  Just note that, and give your thoughts and attention to something that  feels  a little bit better.

We all have a “parade “ of thoughts going through our minds all of the time.  Just let them march right on by.  They are like cars whizzing by on the freeway.  It’s only when we acknowledge them and give them our attention that they have any real power.  So instead of trying to stop them, simply take a nice deep breath, smile to yourself, and know that without your attention and the fuel of your feelings, they have no power.

You do have the power to create the most amazing life that you can imagine.  The key to mastering that ability is found in a quiet place within.  A place that is filled with joy, enthusiasm and faith in knowing that you have asked, and it has been given.  You can relax now, and know that everything that you need, and any action that you need to take will be revealed.   Your soul has been whispering to you all along, but you simply can’t hear it when you are in a place of struggle, worry or trying to wrestle it to the ground and make it happen.

Relax, trust, be easy on yourself, and expect the universe to surprise and delight you, and it will!

 They think about what they are wanting, and try to see it and feel it.  If you understand that it is the “feeling” part that raises your vibration and helps you to become a vibrational match to what you are wanting, then you are on the right track.

For those who are having a hard time fitting that visualization time into your busy schedule, I have a question for you.  How big is your dream? If it is your passion and it fills you with optimism, hope and joy when you think about it, then how could you possibly go through a whole day without giving it some thought?

Maybe you are thinking that you have to set aside a special time, sit in a certain place, quiet your mind, and focus.  That can work as well, but if that sounds like work, or one more process that you would like to find the time to do, then maybe that isn’t the way that you should go about it. You can visualize your dream for a few seconds (or minutes) multiple times per day, and raise your vibration dramatically.

Remember that your feelings are the best indicator of your vibration.  Your goal moment by moment is simply to feel good, and to choose and focus on the best feeling thought that you can access at the time.

For me, often times the best feeling thought I can reach is the one about the creation that I know is unfolding for me.   My dream is SO big, that I think about it often.  Most of the time I’m not sitting in my “meditation space” trying to think about it, but instead I’m thinking and dreaming about it all through my day.  Our children were definitely “on the right track” as they were staring out the window and day dreaming during class!

Remember that your vibrational frequency changes all through your day as you automatically think about and perceive situations.  You want to be a conscious creator and intentionally direct your thoughts and feelings to what it is you are wanting.  Focus on things that inspire, motivate and encourage you in the direction of your dreams. Day dream about all of the things that you have asked for and that are now a reality in your “vibrational escrow”.   Spend time focused on the feeling of having your creation, and do it many times all through your day.

Let your current reality be the “reason” to shift your thoughts, as you focus on what you prefer.  As you do, you will raise your vibration and gain access to better feeling thoughts and inspired action steps.  Your dominant vibration will be higher, and you’ll begin to see evidence of your manifestations, which in turn will fill you with excitement and a greater belief in your ability to create.

It’s an amazing unfolding that should be happening easily and automatically in your life.  We simply got off track by our constant attention on our current reality and forgetting that we have the power to create the life of our dreams.

But for those of you who do believe that you are the creator of your reality and want to reclaim your power to manifest and create the life of your dreams, then let’s see if we can shed a little light on when to take action.

Let’s look at the 3 simple steps that define the process.

Step 1:  You Ask…you experience contrast that causes you to prefer something different.  You can consciously ask, or just have it be the natural process of subconsciously preferring a different outcome.

Step 2:  The Universe Answers… We could do a whole post about this part, but we’ll save that for another day, and just say that there is nothing for you to do at this stage.

Step 3:  You allow the manifestation to enter your reality by becoming a vibrational match to the “having of it”.  This part is your work.  Your vibrational indicator is “how you feel”, and your work in this step is largely monitoring your feelings and choosing the best feeling thought, that you can access at any given point in time.

Most of us do believe that action is a necessary part of the creation process.  It is only natural that we have formed this belief, since our reality has reflected that belief in our experiences for all of our lives.  So if that belief is still active for us, then how do we find the balance in our manifestation process?

I believe that the answer lies in when and why we are performing the action.  If we are acting from a place of  fear, need, lack, or trying to “make something happen”, then that action will be from a lower vibration and will actually take us further away from becoming a vibrational match to what we are wanting to manifest. 

But as we raise our vibration and enter the vicinity of the frequency of what we are wanting, then inspired, practical action steps are revealed.  We can “see” our dreams coming into view, and passion and purpose show us the way.  At this point we can’t wait to perform what ever action that we are inspired to take.

You have gifts that you, and you alone can give the universe, and as you exchange those gifts with the world, you will be abundantly rewarded.  Your abundance isn’t dependent on your education, your bank account, or even your hard work.  The universe will supply the knowledge, direction, resources and even the inspiration and motivation to do what ever is necessary.  But desiring it, claiming it, and allowing it is up to you.

Much of our work is actually “unlearning” as we release old habits and beliefs that keep us stuck in our current situation.  Since most of our beliefs are formed before our 7th birthday, we have years of practice in re-creating the same old reality, and learning to “settle” for the life we believe we have been given.

But then one day something happens.  You wake up and realize that there simply must be more to life than this.  You are tired of just getting by, and you know that you are here to do so much more.  You’ve felt these feelings from within you before, but now they are getting far too noisy to ignore.

Your soul is sending you messages, and if you don’t listen, your health will suffer as your body begins to atrophy and decline.  You were not created to ignore the calling of your soul, and if you aren’t living and moving forward, you are dying. 

The power to take control of your life is in your hands, and it all begins with the decision to recognize your power and begin to create the masterpiece life.

It’s important that you realize that many others have stood exactly where you are standing and have made the same decision.  They have many of the answers that you are seeking and can be a mentor and guide your way.  You don’t have to do this all on your own.

Take advantage of these mentors and the tools that they have created to assist you.  If you work on your vision and release those old beliefs, then the entire universe will step forward to support you. 

There were many people who have helped me to get to where I am today, and now I am thrilled to be able to “pay it forward” and mentor others as well. 

Whether you are working on belief and mindset, or are in need of the practical action steps and tools to grow and prosper in your business, the resources are there.  You just have to decide that those same old excuses will no longer work, and that you will settle for nothing less than a life filled with passion, purpose and prosperity.

Many people believe that the words I have written above are true, yet most are not living the life of their dreams.  They seem stuck in the drudgery of their day to day lives, and can’t seem to find the “directions” they need to get to that place on the other side of their thoughts.

I believe that Joseph Campbell was right in telling us to “Follow Your Bliss”.  Your passion can act as the GPS in pointing you in the direction of your dreams.  It works much like the GPS in your car.  It doesn’t care where you have been, it only needs to know where it is that you want to go, and it will plot out the course and guide your way.  In fact, it only uses “where you are now” as the starting point on your journey.  Your current location (reality) is simply the culmination of your thoughts and beliefs up until now.  It has no bearing on where you choose to go from here.  

So if the life of your dreams is alive and waiting for you just on the other side of your thoughts, then what are you waiting for?  You have a gift that you, and you alone can give the world, and it truly needs what you have to offer. Your soul is speaking to you through the language of your feelings, and is pushing you to re-claim your power and remember the truth of who you are. 

With passion as your guide, you simply can’t lose your way.  Each step will bring you closer to a life that is even more amazing than anything that you could imagine .  The universe will provide beacons to light your way, and resources to fill every need. You will never travel alone.

If you encounter roadblocks and “bumps in the road”, you will simply re-focus on your destination, and your “GPS” will plot a new course from where ever you are. 

At some point along the way you’ll stop and look around in awe at how far you’ve come, and how the journey has filled your life with excitement, passion and joy. 

At this point you may realize that you never want the journey to end.  There are so many things yet to experience, places to see, and things to do. You begin to understand that it’s the journey, not the destination.

It’s at this place that you realize that you’ve arrived.
